About
Santiago Ledwith, DVM, M.Sc., is a bilingual consultant in organizational leadership and organizational development for dairy operations across North America and the founder of Action dairy & Talentum4 Academy. Since 2000, he has helped farms strengthen culture, engagement, and supervisor performance through practical EN/ES training. He collaborates with Cornell’s Agricultural Workforce Development program and designs interactive courses on Leadership Tools & Topics such as: onboarding, feedback, delegation, conflict management, and safety with supervisor-level reporting. His background spans veterinary pharma, Thoroughbred management, and teaching Biology, Anatomy, and Physiology (High School & Junior College). He holds certifications in Executive Coaching and Leadership and champions Servant Leadership.
