Director / Founder
  • Graduated as a Veterinarian Practitioner in 1991 and since then has been working with Livestock Operations in South America and since 1995 also in North America
  • Senior Advisor and Educator for Cornell University’s Agricultural Workforce Development program. Providing important teaching & facilitation for the development of supervisory leadership education for farm managers and owners across the country and internationally
  • Dairy Consultant - Coach - Trainer - Facilitator in all of North America since 2002
  • Specialist in Leadership Development Training, Executive Coaching & Organizational Development who has been working on "The Human Factor" of Livestock Operations since 2008
  • Educator in Biology & Science (High School & Junior College) for 14 years in Phoenix, Arizona servicing multicultural students
